Mandi and Kempton got to spend the day with us before leaving back home to Illinois. We went to the Kennecott Mine. None of us had ever been before. It is really an amazing site. Standing at the edge gave me a little anxiety. I think I'm afraid of heights?!
We love our garden. Everyday we find another bushel of fresh produce! We have squash and cucumbers coming out our ears! We have already made one batch of pickles and today we are at it again! I love it! There is something so fulfilling about growing your own food and then preserving it for later!
A couple of months ago we went to Heber, Utah with my parents to see and ride Thomas the Train. It was a lot of fun and an adventure for all of us!
